Rey Hernandez established RHM&A November 2003 in response to the growth of Hispanic consumers and the desire of Marketing and Advertising professionals to know more about this emerging demographic.
Former President of the Northwest Arkansas Advertising Federation, Rey helped establish the first all Spanish radio station in Arkansas. He was the sales manager of the first successful Spanish newspaper in Arkansas.
Rey has worked with many companies and organizations to help them posture themselves to serve the growing Hispanic market. He also has done numerous seminars on "How to Reach the Hispanic Consumer" for the Small Business Development Center and area chambers of commerce.
